If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please notify us at least two days in advance, and we will arrange self check-in.

 

Late check-out:

NTD 500 per 30 minutes, maximum 1 hour extension. Please inform us one day in advance.

 

● Notes on Stay

We promote reading and encourage travelers to explore the neighborhood.

There is no TV in the room.

 

Breakfast (for breakfast-included plans)

Breakfast is served at 8:30 / 9:00 / 9:30 — please select a time slot.

Dining is arranged in the 1F dining area based on the number of guests.

 

Extra Bed & Guest Policy

All rooms are designed for 2 guests. Room size and layout vary; not all rooms can accommodate extra beds.

 

Only the following rooms allow 1 extra guest:

Tianguang, Jinqiu, Yuequan

(Maximum: 3 guests. For more, please book an additional room.)

 

Extra guest fees:

・0 to under 6 years old: Free / No breakfast included

・6 years old and up:

 NTD 1,000 (Regular) / NTD 1,200 (Holiday) — includes 1 breakfast

If needed, please note this in your reservation.

 

※ If the number of guests exceeds the limit, we reserve the right to deny check-in without refund.

 

For Extended Stays

To respect guest privacy, we do not enter the room for cleaning during your stay.

Towel/amenity replacement is available upon request.

For environmental reasons, we will make the bed but will not change sheets or duvet covers unless needed.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made within 3 days prior to check-in (excluding the check-in date) are non-refundable.

If your trip is affected by a government-announced natural disaster (e.g. typhoon closure in Hsinchu County), you may request to reschedule within 3 months or receive a full refund.

For any other personal reasons, we cannot offer refunds.

 

Parking

No parking is provided on site.

Guests may temporarily stop at the entrance to unload luggage.

A paid parking lot is available 7 minutes away on foot.

Scooters may be parked on nearby legal street parking (white-line areas or slope).

 

 

House Rules

 

1. Inside the Room

   ・Rooms have no TV, but feature curated book selections per theme.

   ・Please change into indoor slippers; place outdoor shoes in the entrance cabinet.

   ・The door will auto-lock; always bring your room key. (Lost key: NTD 200 fee)

   ・After 10:00 PM, please keep voices low.

    Free earplugs are available in the shared space if needed.

2. Commercial Use

   Rooms and public areas are for lodging use only.

   Private parties, commercial filming, or unauthorized events are not permitted.

   For event rentals or photoshoots, please contact us for pricing.

3. Sustainability

   We provide organic Taiwanese bath amenities and towel sets.

   Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are not provided.

   Please bring your own.

   Bottled water is not provided; please use the filtered water station in the shared kitchen.

4. No Smoking / No Pets

   Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors under Taiwan’s Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.

   Pets are not allowed.

5. Visitors

   Guests may welcome visitors in shared spaces until 17:00.

   If visitors wish to enter guest rooms, please inform our staff in advance.

   Note: Furniture in rooms is made of natural wood and grass fiber and absorbs odors easily.

   Please enjoy meals in the shared dining area.
