Check-in / Check-out

・Check-in: 15:00–17:00

　Luggage storage is available at the 1F front desk after 13:00.

・Check-out: Before 11:00

　Luggage may be stored at the front desk until 14:30.

 

If you plan to arrive after 17:00, please notify us at least two days in advance, and we will arrange self check-in.

 

Late check-out:

NTD 500 per 30 minutes, maximum extension of 1 hour. Please inform the front desk by the day before.

 

Breakfast (for stays with breakfast included)

・Breakfast time slots: 8:30 / 9:00 / 9:30 (choose one)

・Dining location: 1F dining room, assigned based on guest numbers

・For early check-out, we recommend choosing the “No Breakfast” plan.

 

Extra Bed / Additional Guest Policy

・All rooms are designed for 2 guests.

・Only the following rooms allow 1 extra bed (maximum 3 guests): Tianguang, Jinqiu, and Yuequan.

・For more than 3 guests, please book an additional room.

 

Extra guest fees:

・Ages 0–under 4: Free (no breakfast included)

・Ages 4 and up:

 NTD 800 / NTD 1,200 on national holidays (includes breakfast)

 

 Guests exceeding the room capacity without prior notice may be denied check-in with no refund.

 

Staying Multiple Nights

・To respect guest privacy, housekeeping will not enter your room during your stay.

・Towel and amenity replacements are available upon request.

・For sustainability, beds will be made, but sheets and duvets will not be changed unless requested.

 

 

House Rules

 

1. In Your Room

   ・Rooms have no TV. Instead, each features a curated selection of books.

   ・Please wear indoor slippers and place outdoor shoes in the entrance cabinet.

   ・The door auto-locks when closed — remember to take your key card.

    (Replacement card fee: NTD 200)

   ・Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

    Free earplugs are available in the common area if needed.

2. No Commercial Use

   ・Rooms and public spaces are for lodging use only.

    Private events, commercial activities, or unauthorized filming are not permitted.

   ・For venue rental inquiries, feel free to contact us.

3. Sustainability

   ・We provide organic Taiwanese bath products, towels, and bath towels.

   ・Disposable amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided — please bring your own.

   ・Bottled water is not provided. Filtered water is available in the shared kitchen.

4. No Smoking / No Pets

   ・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in accordance with Taiwanese law.

   ・Pets are not allowed in the rooms or public spaces.

5. Visitors

   ・Visitors are welcome to use the common area until 17:00.

   ・If visitors wish to enter the guest room, please inform the staff in advance.
